RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TATA UNISTORE BUSINESS MART, customer satisfaction and transparent wholesale business practices are our priority.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Open Box Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package during delivery whenever Open Box Delivery is available. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect shipment

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used or damaged after delivery
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Accessories or manuals are missing
  • Damage is caused by misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

Bulk Orders

Large wholesale orders may have additional verification before refund approval.
