Payment Policy

• Orders below ₹50,000 require 100% advance payment.
• Orders above ₹50,000 may be eligible for 50% advance + 50% balance.
• Accepted modes: UPI, net banking and approved partial COD.

Shipping Policy

Delivery time may vary based on location, transport availability and order size.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared after packing, GST billing and dispatch handover.

• Status may include packed, dispatched, in transit, hub reached and delivered.

GST Billing

Return & Refund Policy
